This show is a blissful mix of stand-up comedy, singing, dancing, lectures and great stories. There will be fun, frivolity, seriousness and, not least, useful lessons!

We'll give you concrete tips on how to feel better about yourself and how to find more joy in life. The Thorhallsdottir sisters will share interesting and funny stories, and Tore Petterson will sing and tell up-close and personal stories about his hard-won experiences in life. Topics in the stand-up section will include the difference between the male and female dictionary, and how we mess up our relationships. Dora Thorhallsdottir (50) Stand-up comedian with three solo shows behind her, the last of which, "Transitions", was performed all over the country for 2.5 years. She is also an author, sought-after speaker (on relationships), EQ therapist, and chairman and founder of the EQ Institute. In addition to being the host of the podcasts Relasjonspodden and Hetebølgen (about menopause).

Bjørg Thorhallsdottir (49) Popular artist with a bunch of solo exhibitions over the past 20 years, entrepreneur, she came second in Farmen 2024 and is the creator of Hjertefred. Bjørg has also illustrated and written many books, the latest of which is called "Bjørgs Glede og Fryd". She is also behind Lykkebobler (cava) and Gintastic (gin). And last but not least: Destinasjon Glede (a year-long course to find more joy in life).

Tore Petterson (45) Tore Petterson is perhaps best known as a TV presenter on NRK's SOFA, as a farmer in the first Farmen Kjendis programme on tv2, or as a dance judge for five seasons on Skal vi Danse. He also has a long career as a jazz singer and 16 years on stage as a comedian.Tore is also an EQ therapist, and for the past 8 years has travelled the country as a highly sought-after speaker.
