Bjørn Ove Høyland, a renowned birdwatcher and co-author of the book Kikk og bruk, will give a closer look at birdwatching in this lecture. His extensive experience of field studies from Utsira to Eastern Europe provides unique insight into both the birds' behaviour and the environment they live in. He will also share excerpts from his book, which can be purchased at a reduced price at the event.
Musical performances from the Grieg Academy
The evening will be complemented by nature-inspired music from pianist Kristina Gracheva, a student at the Grieg Academy, who will perform piano pieces related to the theme.
