Jonas Alaska

Jonas Alaska is one of the strongest songwriters of his generation, responsible for unforgettable songs such as October, If Only as a Ghost, In The Backseat and Morning Light. He received a triple Spellemann nomination for his debut album, and has since released five albums, all of which have been brilliantly received, both in Norway and abroad. Those who have followed Alaska know that he has been through a couple of exceptionally productive and inspired musical periods in recent years. Following the release of his critically acclaimed album Roof Came Down in the autumn of 2020, Jonas Alaska sat down with a blank slate and an intention to write pop songs for other artists. Along the way, however, he grew to love the songs so much that he decided they would make up his seventh studio album, Girl, which was released in November 2021.

The first single "Light Switch" was the first song to be released from the album before the summer and received a fantastic reception from both old and new fans. Both this and the next two singles "You Don't Know How To Dance" and "Minute" received radio airplay on NRK P3, P13 and P1, as well as lots of plays on streaming services.

Now you have the chance to experience Alaska alone on stage, where he thrives best, for an intimate and enjoyable evening with all new and old hits straight from the man who wrote them.
