Jørn Hoel's music has seduced hearts for decades. His musical expression crosses many boundaries, from soul and blues via pop music to Latino moods. In recent years, audiences have also got to know him through various TV appearances such as: 'Hver gang vi møtes', "Korslaget", and "Stjernekamp". In 'Stjernekamp' he showed the enormous musical versatility he possesses, among other things he moved the audience during his performance of opera.

In the last six months, he has been a participant in the programme '16 weeks in hell', which aired this winter on Discovery. This programme was about lifestyle changes, and provoked a number of debates and reactions. In the programme, Jørn Hoel gave it a different voice, namely about changing his own life with health challenges, through exercise and healthier nutrition. Something many people recognised and followed closely.

Through the various television and radio programmes, people have also become familiar with his infectious and humorous mood. This is a big part of his personality and charisma, which makes his concerts a definite folk favourite.

Everyone has a relationship with his songs, whether it's through his romantic hits from the 80s such as 'Har en drøm', 'Ei hand å holde i', or 'Vi skal elske i sneen'. Or the catchy Latin rhythms of 'Lost in the tango', 'Cumbia for stiff hips' and 'A blue onion'. Others idolise his hoarse and distinctive voice when he sings the blues and soul that is his background. Many strong points from an artist who always delivers. Jørn Hoel remains a classic.

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?

It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 min) but with Ogna Scene's Shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station completely free of charge.

They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 12.50 (approx.). From Egersund 13.36 (approx.).

They will also bring you to the station after the concert.

Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.

NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be driven, there may be a 5-10 minute wait.
