Muddy Young

Muddy Young is a band that lives for playing live! Jarle & Joe from Tysvær, along with drummer Elvar Edvaldsson from Iceland, have become a tight-knit band after hundreds of gigs in recent years!

They have played at most venues in Stavanger, but you might remember them from Fjåge i Vågen? They rocked the Fjåge opening before Freddy Kalas in 2023 and performed before Morgan Sulele this year. Their music is frequently played on the radio, with many songs listed on Radio102's Top 40 chart. RadioHaugaland, NRK P13, NRK Mp3, and Poland's Radio357 have also regularly played their music in recent years.

In 2018, they quit their jobs and bought a camper to drive around Europe and showcase their music. They have now upgraded to a tour bus, which they use frequently. In 2023, the guys played over 140 gigs! They've performed in Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Germany, and the Netherlands, with big touring plans for the coming years!

They've shared the stage with artists like Emma Steinbakken, Freddy Kalas, Ingenting, Amanda Delara, Morgan Sulele, Jarle Bernhoft, and Vestlandsfanden.
