One of the most beloved Christmas traditions is Per Asplin's classic Christmas adventure, Putti Plutti Pott and Santa's Beard. This musical family show brings joy to thousands of children and parents every year!
Asplin wrote and composed this well-known story as far back as 1969. First came the book, then the LP, and the year after, the TV program featuring Per and the children, Kari Diesen as Mrs. Claus, Harald Heide-Steen Jr. and Jon Skolmen as Kalle and Palle. The stage show debuted in 1987, and since then, the production has toured the country, delighting new generations.
Stavanger has been a regular stop for the Christmas musical, and as usual, we'll see local children on stage alongside the professional actors.
