Slomosa, the desert rock band from Bergen, are back in Kopervik after making their mark at Karmøygeddon Metal Festival 2024. Since debuting with the single ‘Horses,’ Slomosa has quickly established itself as a significant name both nationally and internationally. Their self-titled debut album, released on Apollon Records in the summer of 2020, received rave reviews, including a 6 from Bergens Tidende and 8/10 from Metal Hammer UK, as well as over 10 million plays on Spotify.
2024 is a monumental year for the band. With the release of their new album ‘Tundra Rock’ on Stickman Records on 13 September, followed by a US tour with Alkaline Trio & Spanish Love Songs and a European tour with GreenLeaf, Slomosa have really stepped up their game. They'll also take part in dozens of festivals throughout the year before finishing with a headline tour of Europe. This round ends on home turf in Bergen with the band's biggest club concert to date at Røkeriet USF. There's no doubt that Slomosa is about to leave a lasting mark on the rock world.
