Vamp has crafted a distinctive blend of music and poetry that resonates deeply with the Norwegian soul.
With hundreds of songs about the human experience—love and sorrow, myths and legends, honesty and betrayal, life and death, and, of course, the sea—Vamp has captivated audiences for over three decades. In 2025, they embark on what may be their most exciting year yet.
In addition to their own tour, they will once again perform Vamp i full symfoni, collaborating with Norway’s top symphony orchestras. Later in the year, a theater production based on their musical universe will premiere, featuring the band alongside actors.
Throughout their career, Vamp has earned numerous accolades, including five Spellemann Awards, the Prøysen Prize, and the Medaas Prize. They have released 18 albums and sold countless records. Their rich catalog is filled with beloved songs, which they bring to life at every concert.
On Friday, May 30, 2025, Vamp will deliver a truly special live performance at Gamle Fengselet Kulturhotell.
