The Big Rip is a stoner rock band with five members from the industrial city of Porsgrunn. Founded in November 2021, they confidently deliver their unique style of heavy, groovy, and psychedelic rock. By combining fuzz guitars, driving bass lines, thunderous drums, and powerful vocals, The Big Rip creates a sound that is both powerful and captivating.

Wolfnaut, hailing from the deep forests of Elverum, is a hard-hitting rock band inspired by the early days of hard rock and metal, as well as the pulsating desert and stoner rock scenes. Since their debut in 1998, Wolfnaut has shaken the foundations with their explosive sound and captivating live performances, known for their high-energy shows.

In 2022, Wolfnaut caught the attention of Ripple Music, a renowned independent label known for its commitment to high-quality music in the stoner, doom, hard rock, and adjacent genres. Signing with Ripple Music was a significant milestone for the band, expanding their reach to a broader audience in Norway and beyond.

Wolfnaut's discography showcases their evolution and dedication. Their debut album, Welcome to the Cactus Mountains, released in 1998, laid the foundation for their distinctive sound, blending heavy riffs and grooves with a hint of desert rock atmosphere. After many legendary concerts, the band went silent until a birthday in 2014 brought them back together. A full 16 years after their debut, the follow-up album Castle in the Woods was released in 2016, solidifying their reputation as a force to be reckoned with. In 2022, Wolfnaut released their long-awaited third album, simply titled III. The album showcased their growth as musicians and songwriters, earning critical acclaim and establishing their position in the scene. The band continued their relentless creative output, releasing their fourth studio album, Return of the Asteroid, in 2023. This album takes listeners on a sonic journey through cosmic landscapes, delivering heavy, riff-driven tracks that capture the essence of their sound. The album's release further cemented their position, earning 4th place on Doomcharts.
