Bjørn Eidsvåg - Festiviteten Haugesund

The Norwegian artist, Bjørn Eidsvåg, turned 70 earlier this year and is now on tour for his anniversary. He describes his anniversary tour, ‘"Ingen vei tilbake", as a journey where the audience can expect both a look at the past and a strong direction towards the future. He wants to show that he is still relevant, both musically and thematically. Several of Bjørn's songs have been given new life through interpretations by younger artists, and during the tour he will give several of the songs a musical upgrade. The audience will also get to hear the stories behind some of his most popular songs, as well as the background to the new songs. It will be a celebration of his long career, with a focus on the road ahead.
