Viking Queen - Norway - Metal Rock

Viking Queen is a Norwegian Heavy-Hard Rock band with a passion for classic metal rock. Founded in 2016, Viking Queen was quickly recognised for its unique musical expression and has since established itself as a key player in the genre.

Viking Queen started their musical journey by participating in the third season of 'Norwegian Rednecks' in 2017, and their contribution was an immediate success. The band has a record deal under the Norwegian label 'Sentralforlaget' and has released two critically acclaimed albums. After playing a number of shows in Norway and Sweden, the band used the pandemic period constructively and produced the powerful album 'Hail to The King,' which was released in 2023.

Viking Queen's music has reached far beyond Norway's borders, and both of their albums have received praise on worldwide radio stations. The band has achieved impressive positions on specialised rock charts in countries such as Japan, New Zealand, Australia and the USA.

Viking Queen are now looking forward to bringing their energetic live performance to a Norwegian, but also global audience. In November 2023, they successfully participated in IIMF in India, and in 2024 they are ready for an extensive tour of India, New Zealand and Australia. We invite organisers to be a part of this musical adventure.

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?

It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 min) but with Ogna Scene's Shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station completely free of charge.

They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 18.50 (approx.). From Egersund at 19.36 (approx.).

They will also bring you to the station after the concert.

Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.

NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be driven, there may be a 5-10 minute wait.
