PopUp Norway is in Stranda fram 28th of February to 29th of March, where they have invited some of the country's finest chefs to join them. Over the course of 4 weeks/ 5 weekends, different chef teams will present each a unique menu.

PopUp Stranda 7-10-course tasting menu
6th to 5th March and 20th to 21st March at 7:00 PM, two different chefs will serve their specialties along with local ingredients, creating a unique 7-10 course dining experience. Together with their sommelier, they will offer a special wine pairing to complement the menu.
PopUp Stranda 4-course local menu
Mondays to Saturdays at 7:00 PM, a 4-course menu based on local ingredients will be prepared by your PopUp chef. An special wine menu will also be available for this selection.
PopUp Stranda Afternoon Tea
Every Saturday at noon to 4 PM you may visit Skinkerådhuset for a classic Afternoon Tea prepared with local products. It includes both savory and sweet items, along with fine tea. You also have the option to purchase sparkling wine or wine, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
