Quality Hotel Maritim has a total of 19 different meeting rooms in various sizes from smaller meetings to larger conferences. The hotel has experienced chefs who can customise menus and are ready to provide you with a fantastic lunch or dinner. Catering for the meeting rooms is also available.

Caiano Hall
The Caiano Room is the hotel's second largest room. The room has movable walls and can be divided into room 1 and room 2. There is also plenty of space for mingling outside the room, with the option of a bar.

The lounges
The lounges consist of the premises Utsira, Urter and Røvær. These are flexible venues that can be used as one room or divided into three. The rooms are ideal for meetings, events and parties. The venue has its own dance floor and direct access to a large terrace facing the beautiful Smedasundet.

Haugesund
Haugesund is the hotel's most exclusive meeting room with all the technical equipment you would expect in a modern meeting room. The room is modernly furnished and measures 98 square metres with large windows facing Karmsundet and its own door opening onto a large terrace.

The conservatory, Finnøy, Rennesøy and Sjernarøy
The conservatory is the common area facing the Finnøy, Rennesøy, Sjernarøy and Haugesund meeting rooms on the second floor. The room is large and bright and has direct access to a nice terrace facing Smedasundet, its own toilets and a conference reception with a coffee machine, popcorn and coffee. Ognøy
Ognøy is a medium-sized room on the second floor that can be divided into two smaller group rooms. Ognøy is located in the rear wing of the hotel together with the group rooms, which provides a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
