I Sunnhordland handlar arbeidet med berekraftig reiseliv om å balansera opplevingar og ansvar. Vi vil skapa reiselivsopplevingar som ikkje berre imponerar, men som òg tek vare på miljøet og respekterer den lokale kulturen. In July 2022, Visit Sunnhordland was re-certified as an Eco-Lighthouse. With this, Visit Sunnhordland can document that strict requirements in areas such as work environment, procurement, energy, waste, emissions, and aesthetics have been met.
