NORWEGIAN FOOD, NATURE AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
The richness of Norwegian nature has provided our people with great food treasures. Throughout history making Norwegian products such as white and brown goats cheese, cured meats and fish has been necessary for survival, and protecting the old ways is such an important mission.
As we go on walks or herding sheep, we aim to teach both our local young ones and visitors about Norwegian food and heritage to keep our treasures in a world spinning faster and faster.
