Jul med Øklands at Ogna Scene

Øklands is a folk/pop group from Randaberg in Rogaland, Norway, whose music conveys honest and warm thoughts about life, both good and bad. The group consists of siblings Aina Økland Schøld, Kjetil Økland and Merete Økland Espedal on vocals, and husbands Aril Schøld (acoustic guitar, percussion and div) and Tor Kjetil Espedal (piano). Individually, they have extensive experience in the Norwegian music scene, and together they form a strong and homogeneous group.

The Øklands have put together an atmospheric repertoire, with an emphasis on good Norwegian songs related to the Christmas holidays. They are very concerned with communication and good contact with the audience. Their family contact and unity is noticeable from the stage, and this gives their performance an extra dimension.

Doors open at 6.45pm (approx.) with the sale of pizza and good drinks, come early to ensure you get a good seat. It's first come, first served! If you take the train to Ogna Train Station, Ogna Scene will pick you up at 18.50 (approx.) and 19.35 (approx.) with their shuttle bus and drive back again after the concert at a reasonable time.

Nb! There may be some waiting time at the station if many people arrive by train, they only have 1 car.

If you want to walk to Ogna Scene, it takes about 15 minutes.
