Flyt Sauna is nestled next to an old and charming boathouse on the quayside in Vågsvåg. The boathouse and the quay area are available for sauna guests only.

Switch between the warm sauna and a refreshing dip in cold seawater.

Opening Hours and Capacity

Flyt Sauna Vågsvåg is open every day throughout the year between 09:00-21:00 and can be booked by anyone over 18 years.

Flyt Sauna Private

Flyt Sauna Private can be booked for groups of up to 8 people, giving you exclusive use of the sauna.

Flyt Sauna Drop-In

Flyt Sauna Drop-In can be booked by individuals every Tuesday at 16:30, 18:00, and 19:30, where you may share the sauna with others (up to 6 people).

Booking and Payment

Each booking lasts for 1.5 hours, including time for changing.

How to Reach Flyt Sauna

Flyt Sauna is located in Vågsvåg, 6 km outside Måløy.

Drive south from the center of Måløy towards Oppedal. When you reach Vågsvåg, turn left down to the boathouse by the seaside shortly before reaching the bus stop in the village center. The turn off from the main road is a bit sharp, so it's advisable to drive to the bus stop and turn around first.

Parking is available for guests in front of the boathouse.

Walk through the boathouse to reach the sauna.
