Izabell

In her 10-year career, Izabell has only had one solo concert in Stavanger - now she's finally ready for another round! With her brand new single 'Forandra meg' and a number of other bangers under her belt, we're sure this will be a night to remember.

Izabell has been an important voice on the Norwegian rap scene for many years. Nationally, she is recognised as one of the country's best rappers and locally, she has been one of the driving forces in the community, both through her work with the XPLOSIF hip hop festival and as co-owner of the record label STVG Kartell. 

With her passion for hip hop, along with her many radio-listed songs and concerts across the country, she has left her mark on both the audience and the culture. Since day one, she has been an artist with great breadth and has never been afraid to challenge either herself or her listeners. 

Izabell has made tracks with artists such as Ary, Onkl P, Morten Abel and, not least, the star team on the Attitude Problem remix with Karpe, Silvana Imam, Julie Bergan, Christine Dancke, Stella Mwangi and Bendik. She has also collaborated with organisations such as Netflix, Cappelen Damm, the Munch Museum and SOS Children's Villages, to name but a few. 

When NRK made the series 'The story of Norwegian hip hop' in 2018, Izabell became an important representative of the new generation of Norwegian rappers and she appeared in several of the episodes. She also received a lot of publicity in Øyvind Holen's book 'Nye hiphop-hoder' where he writes, among other things: 'After her debut single 'Ka vet du' and the follow-up 'Kontroll', Izabell suddenly became the most famous female rapper in Norway' In 2021, she became part of the 7th grade curriculum together with Tommy Tee. 

At the same time as writing and producing her own songs, in the autumn of 2024 she is an actress at Rogaland Theatre with the monologue success Cassandra by Fredrik Høyer and Mathis H. Nyquist. Cassandra also played at Vega stage in Oslo during the Hedda days. In 2023 she appeared in the TV series 'Evy & Alltid' on NRK and was also in the first season of Kompani Lauritzen on TV2.
