K&MFEST invites you to an atmospheric pre-Christmas concert on Sunday 8 December at 17:30 in Frida Hansens Hus. Join us on a musical journey through beautiful classical works and Christmas spirit.
The programme consists of a varied selection of classical masterpieces, including Johann Sebastian Bach's Sonata in E major, Franz Schubert's Ave Maria, and Fritz Kreisler's Liebesfreud. The audience will also hear a piece by Saint-Saëns, Salut D'Amour, as well as a duet for two cellos in C major by Boismortier. In addition, the concert will offer atmospheric Christmas carols that provide a wonderful pre-Christmas experience.
Laurens Weinhold on violin and Karén Torosov on piano will lead the concert, together with young talents from Stavanger, and their interaction promises to enrich the evening with both depth and energy.
Doors open at 17:00, and the concert starts precisely at 17:30. The duration is approximately 60 minutes, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.
The event has no age limit and companions can attend for free (only service fee required). The concert is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and there is parking nearby. Welcome to an unforgettable musical experience in the pre-Christmas season!
