Located at Viavikneset in Imarsundet, Imarbu is beautifally placed by the sea - Imarbu is in fact the Fjord Route's only self serviced cabin by the sea. The local goat boat as well as fishing equipment is available for visitors. The cabin is also nice as a base for day trips.

Total amount of beds: 35, divided on the bedroom and the loft. The cabin is locked with a standard DNT-key, available from Kristiansund and Nordmøre Trekking Association.

Plassert på Viavikneset i Imarsundet ligger Imarbu vakkert til ved sjøen - Imarbu er faktisk Fjordrutas eneste selvbetjente hytte ved sjøen. Tilgjengelig for besøkende er to geitbåter samt fiskeutstyr. Hytten er også fin som base for dagsturer. Turen opp på Ormbostadfjellet (328 moh) er kort og bratt og gir fin utsikt over hytta og sundet.  Totalt antall sengeplasser: 35, fordelt på soverom og loft. Hytten er låst med standard DNT-nøkkel som skaffes fra Kristiansund og Nordmøre Turistforening.
