Each river suite offers luxury and charm, and is equpped with a large, soft bed, hammock and chairs where you can enjoy the sound of the river in peace and quiet.
The river suite 1.0
The river suite 1.0 has an exclusive bathroom close by. Here you can stand under a large rain shower from the 270 cm ceiling, the so-called Jølstrafossen. Outside, you have your own wood-fired outdoor bathtub with the same view as the rest.
The river suite 2.0
The river suite 2.0 also has an exclusive bathroom in its own building. Here you can enjoy a warm, delicious bath in the bathtub with an equally fantastic view. The ultimate spa experience.
Natural pool
If you´re feeling a bit daring, you can swim in the natural pool which is right next to the river suite. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious hot sauna close by. The sauna is open all year round and can be booked by anyone. If you wish to have the sauna to yourself, you must book as a group.
How to get to Jølstraholmen
It is easy to reach Jølstraholmen by both car and bus. The nearest airport Bringeland is only 45 minutes drive away. If you are flying in from Bergen it is a 3,5 hours drive to Jølster. From Førde; follow E39 towards Jølster. About 18 kilometers from the center of Førde, you will see the sign showing Jølstraholmen. Here you will find both a petrol station, a café and a convenience store.
