Thon Hotel Stavanger

Thon Hotel Stavanger has a goal to be «your home away from home». They have made the hotel designed especially for casual and business travellers with a taste for high standards in service and comfort. The bed linen and towels are of very high quality because they value your convenience and comfort. All of the 147 rooms are equipped with a big-screen smart TV and a BOSE sound system, which among other things make it easy for you to listen to your own favourites from your smartphone or tablet. Thon Hotel Stavanger opened on August 1st 2016.

The hotel regulars have the possibility to get their "own wardrobe" where they can leave their clothes at their departure and return a dry cleaned suit, an ironed shirt and/or clean clothes at their next arrival. 

A lounge exclusively for our guests Situated on the second floor you will find an exclusive lounge with big windows with a nice view over the city. In the lounge you can always enjoy a nice cup of Nespresso while reading the daily newspapers, travel or hobby magazines. There is also a TV where you can watch the local news or TV. With wireless WI-FI you can also check your email or just sit and relax. The lounge is a perfect place to start or finish a nice evening.

Breakfast buffet and supper The inviting breakfast hall on the second floor, welcomes you every day with a wide variation of a tasty and healthy breakfast. Daily, the hotel serves various healthy suppers in the lounge from 6 p.m. to 9. p.m. Daily supper is included in your room rate. 

Fitness and wellness The well-equipped fitness centre is located on the 2nd floor. The fitness equipment has also the newest technology available. The hotel guests have free access to the fitness centre and there are complimentary mixed nuts, energy bars and filtered fresh water.
