Vitaly Pak, who owns and runs Sabi Haugesund together with his wife Viktorija, is a recognised sushi chef. In 2019, he was named one of the world's best sushi chefs at the World Sushi Cup in Japan, where he achieved an impressive second place. Is there a set catering menu or can I make requests?
At Sabi Sushi Haugesund they have recommendations for the catering menu, but will of course adjust according to your wishes to ensure you get the perfect experience.
How many people can Sabi cater for?

Does Sabi deliver the food when I order catering or do I have to pick it up?
Unfortunately, Sabi Sushi Haugesund does not have the opportunity to deliver the food itself, but collaborates with local operators to get the food safely delivered to you. Alternatively, you can collect the food yourself from the restaurant.
How long before the event should I book catering?
For larger caterings or special orders with exotic ingredients, Sabi Haugesund needs at least 2 weeks to prepare everything. For smaller orders, booking a couple of days in advance is sufficient.
Guest room / Tatami room
If you want to enjoy your food in the restaurant, Sabi Sushi Haugesund has a separate function room/chambre séparée with a large table and the option to close the door for a more private atmosphere. The capacity here is 8 people. For larger parties, they can connect several tables in the restaurant, but it won't be as private as the Tatami room.
