The hotel is run by youth and young adults in work training and by volunteers, and the income goes directly towards the work for children and youth in the church city mission. The extraordinary thing about this hotel is that the guests' needs and desires are met at the same time as the work for youth is supported. The goal is to make young people feel that they can achieve anything and that they matter. They get valuable work training and experience.
