With Arly's deep and powerful voice, the audience will hear old Country hits by Cash, Kris, Waylon, Willie, Merle and others. Interspersed with songs from Arly's many record releases.
He is joined by Espen Skeie on bass, who is widely known for his eminent bass playing, and Martin Karlsen (Arly's son) on drums, who has become a recognised drummer with long experience in heavy metal and country music.
Arly Karlsen has a long history as an artist and has toured the world.
His deep and warm voice has always fascinated audiences and over the years he has released 13 albums, both as a solo artist and with others.
His first big breakthrough came with the band Western Swingers in the 1980s.
They released 5 albums, which resulted in 3 gold discs. Who doesn't remember Trailer Girl!
His solo career started in 2001 and he has released 5 solo albums.
In 2005 Arly won the award for ‘Male Vocalist of The Year’ in the European CMA Chart List. He had many no 1 hits on this radio chart.
He has sung with greats such as Boby Bare, Gene Watson, Bellamy Brothers, Joanne Cash, Kinsey Rose, Pat Roden and others.

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?
It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 min) but with Ogna Scene's Shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station completely free of charge.
They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 12.50 (approx.). From Egersund 13.36 (approx.).
They will also bring you to the station after the concert.
Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.
NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be driven, there may be a 5-10 minute wait.
