Peder will visit Annige Bar on Friday, October 4th to discuss how to best pair these two delicacies.
While wine is often prioritized with cheese, beer can be just as good (if not better) with cheese. Peder will create a tasting menu of local and European cheeses paired with various beers.
There will also be a blind tasting followed by a quiz. Hopefully, you'll learn something to impress your guests next time!
