On Thursday, 23rd January 2025, Fred Berentsen, the 5th generation from Berentsens Brygghus, will return for the third time to Fossekallen. Since Fred enjoys this event just as much as we and the participants do, he has chosen to dedicate some of his busy schedule to us once again. Fred is highly engaged, skilled, and knowledgeable. Not only will he describe the flavours, but he will also present a holistic view and the story behind each product. This time, we will kick off with a starter, four different pizzas, and a dessert. Fred will find drink pairings for us to taste with everything that is served.
As usual, we will start the evening with René Munthe Eik, who will give a brief presentation of Pizzamani and the pizzas being served. Fred will then take over with an introduction of Berentsens Brygghus before moving on to the tasting of the products he has selected for the evening.
The price is 699 NOK per person, and we only have 30 seats available.
