In a short time, Kristi Brud has established itself as one of the most exciting bands in Norway, winning a well-deserved Spellemann Award for Best Rock Album for their debut Alt er Nytt in 2023. The album proved how strong Kristi Brud's catchy post-punk/pop-rock hybrid is, and the press agreed. VG, Aftenposten, Klassekampen, and Bergens Tidende all gave it five stars, calling it one of the best albums of the year in their 2023 year-end reviews.
