Morten Fiskå med band på Ogna Scene

Morten Fiskå has released his debut album. This is dark show rock with self-written Norwegian lyrics. Egon Holstad said that the first single, Håve mitt, had a Rain Dogs feel to it, and that it sounded fantastic. Leif Tore Lindø thought we had a local TOM WAITS on our hands. Fiskå is better known as the lead singer of THE BRIGADE, Stonefish Brigade, Pumping Flamingo, Stahlwerk and Christmas for Cowboys. He takes a deep dive into the inner world of the human soul. The lyrics are wrapped in honest explorations of life's shadowy sides that most people will recognise. Tom Skjeklesæther said so whimsically in a review...Fiskå, with his gritty voice, goes both Cave and Høyem's way. At times we have to delve deep into the register, but there are some bright spots, even if sources of inspiration such as Lanegan, Waits and Cash lurk in the darkness. The album has its origins in a theatre play of the same name that was written by Fiskå. It was produced together with Dag Sindre Vagle.

Fiskå is joined in the band by great people like : Evind Hodne, Arne Andersen, Kim Nesse and Svein Terje Fjelde.

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?

It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 min) but with Ogna Scene's Shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station completely free of charge.

They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 18.50 (approx.). From Egersund at 19.36 (approx.).

They will also bring you to the station after the concert.

Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.

NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be driven, there may be a 5-10 minute wait.
