Snøhvit - Grand Kyiv Ballet

The ballet Snow White is based on the classic fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm, but its stylistic features are more reminiscent of a Disney film. The music for the ballet is composed by the talented Polish composer Bogdan Pawlowski.

The performance promises to inspire both young and adult audiences. Attendees can expect to be enchanted by a magical atmosphere filled with fairy-tale surprises, beautiful dance steps, delightful humor, impressive acting, and fantastic costumes and sets.

The heartwarming love story evokes positive and warm feelings in our hearts, and the message of friendship, kindness, and love triumphing over evil will not go unnoticed.

The premiere of the ballet Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs took place on the stage of the Taras Shevchenko National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Ukraine in Kyiv in 1975. The production was also staged in Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Lviv, quickly becoming one of the most popular family performances. We are especially excited that Ukrainian artists, with leading dancers from the Grand Kyiv Ballet, are bringing this charming fairy tale to life on stage in Scandinavia.
