Stavangersanger A bit of protest songs, a bit of beautiful music, and a conversation between ordinary and slightly unusual people.

Protest singer Johan Egdetveit is joined by Dag Vagle, Kristin Hoffmann, Gunnar Roalkvam, Rolf Skjelstad, Arild Rein, and Hans Eirik Voktor.

Author and journalist Kristin Hoffmann will read, as will Arild Rein. Dag Vagle will, of course, sing. Gunnar Roalkvam will do his usual "Roalkvamming," like only he can. Rolf Skjelstad is the protest singer of architecture. Documentary filmmaker Hans Eirik Voktor won't hold back, as usual.

In words and music, we ask questions, some rhetorical, others open: Is the party over? Is there any cake left? Would Old Stavanger survive today? Who runs this city? Can we trust the politicians? Who gets to live in the light, and who in the shadows? Who has no voice, and who has two? Can "progress" be stopped? Is TINA still as appealing? Why are we building a wall against the sea? Do we have a housing policy, or are the developers in charge? Is everything for sale?

Supported by Stavanger municipality, oddly enough...
