Professor Braut, deputy chair of the National Investigation Committee, will present an overview and address the following topics:
Interpretation of Conditions for Research Misconduct under the Research Ethics Act: Discussing how the legal framework addresses allegations of research misconduct.
Intersection of Research Ethics, Workplace Conflicts, and Regulatory Cases: Exploring the complex overlap between ethical issues, workplace conflicts, and oversight cases.
