At Inner Gammelsetra, you can purchase rømmegrøt, waffles, coffee, and a selection of their farm products like brunost (brown cheese), seterrømme (farm cream), and setersmør (farm butter). Inner Gammelsetra is a full processing farm, meaning all the milk is processed on-site before the farm products are transported down from the mountain. Brunost and gubbost (a type of brown cheese) are cooked in a wood-fired iron pot. The farm is only open during the summer.
