Solastranden Gård invites you to inspiring gatherings in scenic surroundings, close to both sea and beach. With three venues, Solastranden Gård has something for everyone. The venues are always ready for weddings, conferences, meetings and more specialised events that are a little out of the ordinary. The family business proudly carries on good traditions of culinary delight, hospitality and quality, as a setting for those special occasions.
For over 10 years, they have organised events such as courses, full-day events, team building, annual parties and celebrations for both corporate and private markets. With a focus on the overall experience, they go to great lengths to provide a personalised service throughout the planning and execution of events.
Låven (The barn)
Låven is rustic romantic, warm and cosy. Consisting of the original room layout, Låven has a main hall that can accommodate up to 120 people. In addition, there is a mingle area and bar, the 'Hønsehuset' with a view of Regestranden and green meadows, and the loft with the best view of the sea. These are cosy and warm rooms that are ideal for parties and entertainment.

Maskinhuset (The engine house)
Maskinhuset is built in the original style of the farmhouse. It stands large as an industrial hall with high ceilings and large windows that draw nature into the room. With its modern look and cosy wooden elements, it looks inviting to both large and small groups. Perfect for everything from weddings to Christmas parties and trade fairs.

Strandhuset (The beach house)
Strandhuset is perhaps the closest you can get to the beaches of Jæren with a lovely restaurant. Easily accessible and with a beautiful view, Strandhuset is perfect for daytime events for companies and larger private events. Bring your colleagues here to show them what beautiful Jæren has to offer!
Food Philosophy
Solastranden Gård preserves the farm's traditions by embracing local ingredients. The neighbourhood abounds with vegetables, and most of the produce is sourced from the farms in the area. The chefs find inspiration from the rural surroundings and combine dishes of Norwegian traditions with international flavours.
Driving directions
Solastranden Gård is idyllically located by the beaches. You'll find the barn and the machine house right next to Solastranden beach, and the beach house on Ølberg beach. Here you step straight out of the car and straight onto the beach.
Solastranden Gård gives you beautiful surroundings but is still centrally located. Only 3 minutes from Stavanger Airport, Sola and 15 minutes from Stavanger.

Directions to public transport
Unfortunately, there is no public transport to Solastranden Gård, but they are close to Stavanger Airport, Sola. Car, taxi and bicycle are the best modes of transport.
From Låven and Maskinhuset there is a lovely walk along the seafront to Strandhuset. Get a taste of Jærstrendene before heading into Strandhuset for a good meal. A perfect break activity for lunch, for example.
