The house, known as "Frimerkehuset" (The stamp house) by the locals, was originally built in 1707. Now, lovingly rebuilt, Taperia are excited to bring the vibrant charm of Spanish cuisine to Bergen. The goal is to provide an unforgettable dining experience with genuine, traditional tapas.
The first floor has large open windows that invite curious souls to take a peek inside. With seating for 75 guests, visitors can immerse themselves in the tempting aromas and flavors that flow from the open kitchen and bar.
The interior design exudes rustic Mediterranean vibes, harmonizing perfectly with the building's historical significance. Upstairs, on the second floor, there is a separate kitchen and the capacity to host large groups for an elevated "fine dining" experience.
