Breakfast meeting at Tre Stuer

From 08:00-10:00 on weekdays, you can book breakfast meetings for up to 20 people at Tre Stuer in Strandgata 97. They offer excellent breakfast and a cosy atmosphere. There is a projector and screen.

Quality Hotel Maritim

Quality Hotel Maritim is Haugesund’s largest conference hotel. As well as venues for large events, the hotel also has a number of rooms for smaller events. Maritim has a total of 19 meeting rooms of various sizes. Their four restaurants also offer excellent options for an amazing lunch (or dinner) too! Brovingen function room can also be booked for a private 5–9-course gourmet meal for a minimum of 15 people.

Edda Cinema

Are videos an important part of your event? Edda Cinema in Haugesund centre hires out comfortable auditoriums for meetings, courses, conferences and customer presentations, with the state-of-the-art technical equipment and skilled, committed staff. Edda Cinema has a spacious foyer and a cinema bar offering food and drinks.

Uni-K

Uni-K offers modern facilities for smaller events such as meetings, courses, and conferences for up to 50 people in Haugesund, just a short drive outside the city centre. The meeting room can accommodate 32 participants, while the auditorium has 74 seats. The venues are equipped with screens or projectors, microphones, and lapel mics for presentations. A dedicated event host is available throughout the day to ensure everything runs smoothly, and lunch packages featuring locally produced food, along with coffee and tea, are provided for attendees. The company is part of NAV's employment initiative programme and provides supported employment for 90 employees.

Dattera til Lothe

Dattera til Lothe, situated at the top of Smedasundet in the centre of Haugesund, serves delicious food and drinks made with love from good local ingredients. The conference venue has its own entrance from Strandgata, complete with cloakroom, toilets, bar, mingling area, and a terrace overlooking the quay. It accommodates up to 100 people, but is nice for smaller events too, and can be arranged in various conference setups. Equipment such as microphones, projectors, and screens are available.

Røvær Kulturhotell

Do you fancy experiencing something a bit different and going by boat to the event? Then why not hold your event at Røvær Kulturhotell? The meeting room is situated on the ground floor and is ideal for up to 30 people. It offers easy access to the quay, sun and sea breeze. The room is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, whiteboard and flipchart. It is also possible to use larger rooms in other venues, with a projector and screen, for up to 50–70 people. There is a regular boat service to Røvær from Indre Kai in the centre of Haugesund.

Bohemer, "Taket i Haugesund"

"Taket i Haugesund” means the "roof of Haugesund", and is located on the 7th floor of Helsehuset in Haugesund city center wight next to Bølgå parkering. The venue is suitable for all types of celebrations and can also host meetings and conferences for up to 100 people. You can order Bohemer Catering from the same building.

To Glass

To Glass has function rooms that are suitable for all kinds of events. You can enjoy an amazing atmosphere here in a wonderful venue with incredible food. The restaurant hires out venues for private events for up to 50 people. The backyard, where it’s possible to set up tents of various sizes, has capacity for 200 people. On the lower-ground floor is To Glass Vinotek, a wine bar with a lovely atmosphere. This is the perfect venue for gatherings and intimate concerts for up to 70 people.

Rekom

Rekom has several venues on the inner quay in Haugesund that can be booked free of charge, also during the day, such as Winehouse, Mackkjelleren, Sportsbaren and Heidis. The venues are suitable for courses, meetings, team building, private events and parties.

Haraldsvang Café / Vangenterrassen

Haraldsvang Café is an excellent venue for small conferences, meetings, gatherings and company parties. It has attractive function rooms that are beautifully situated in Haraldsvang nature area with views of Skeisvatnet lake. A team of experienced kitchen and front-of-house staff will do their utmost to make your event perfect. The venue can accommodate up to 90 people and there is also an outdoor terrace.

Thon Partner Hotel Saga

Thon Partner Hotel Saga’s three meeting rooms are excellent for small and medium-sized courses and conferences. With capacity for between five and sixty guests, the facilities meet the needs of most events and have excellent natural light. Inventum – venues for events

Inventum run several restaurants and other establishments in Haugalandet and offer function rooms for all occasions, for between 15 and 250 people. Inventum can also provide chefs, waiters, DJs, sound and lighting, table decorations and everything else needed to make your event unique.

Viking Adventure

Viking Adventure’s meeting and conference facilities are situated right next to the sea on Risøy island. The venues can accommodate up to 16–18 people and offer direct access to the quay and the ‘Heit Haugesund’ sauna. The venues have standard technical equipment and kitchen facilities. Brasserie Brakstad

Brasserie Brakstad restaurant and bar is situated in the middle of the quay in Haugesund and is owned and run by Mr & Mrs Brakstad. They serve delicious lunches and an à la carte menu. The restaurant has rooms to hire on the second floor.

Villa Vibrandsøy

Villa Vibrandsøy is owned by Haugesund Turistforening and is situated on the island of Vibrandsøy, just off the center of Haugesund. The island is easily accessible by boat, the local ferry, or canoe/kayak. The house is popular for events such as celebrations, meetings and team-building. Approximately 30 seating places are available.
