A musically poetic afternoon with an extraordinary trio

Trond Helge Johnsen, Christian Nystrøm, Ingvar Hovland Trond Helge is the artist with gold in his throat and bullet wounds in his soul. Via various orphanages, institutions and drunken detention centres, he was eventually roped in by someone other than the police - namely music. Today, he is an established singer praised by his audience as well as by prominent Norwegian colleagues who describe him as a fantastic communicator with a God-given voice and great stage presence - and with real goods on his heart.

Christian Nystrøm has a CV longer than the Hollywood Walk of Fame and thrives in various genres on the musical battlefield. He has, among MANY others, produced, written for or played with Kurt Nilsen, Maria Mena, Umberto Tossi, Olav Stedje, Åge Sten Nilsen, Maria Haukaas Mittet, Ravi, Samantha Fox, Tone Damli, The Monroes, Johnny Logan, Katrina from Katrina And The Waves, Bobbysocks - as well as his "own" bands Loveshack and Frimann (where Trond Helge is the vocalis.

Ingvar Hovland is best known for his bad singing voice and his good lyrics for Vamp, Lars Martin Myhre, Eigil Berg, Elle Melle, Ingebjørg Bratland, Rita Eriksen, Vidar Johnsen, Frode Alnæs, Trond Granlund, Åse Kleveland, Stavangerensemblet, Helene Bøksle, Olav Stedje, New Jordal Swingers, Blest, Torbjørn Økland, Frimann and many more.

In addition, they have written for and performed in a number of revues and cabarets - including a number of years with Tønes. Together they go for just over an hour of music, poetry, wit and kindness. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?

It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 min) but with Ogna Scene's shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their amazing audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station for free.

They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 12.50 (approx.). From Egersund 13.36 (approx.).

They will also bring you to the station after the concert.

Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.

NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be driven, there may be a 5-10 minute wait.
