Lake Skomakerdiket is just a short walk, about 5-10 minutes, from the playground at the top station of Mount Fløyen. Easily accessible with strollers and wheelchairs. You can borrow both canoes, paddles, and life jackets from Fløyen, everything is free of charge.

At Skomakerdiket there is a nice picnic and barbeque area that is open and accessible for everyone to use. Here is also the new Skomakerstuen café which is worth a visit, for something good to eat or drink.

This activity is open for everyone, but children up to 12 years must be accompanied by adults. Note that there should be a maximum of three people in each canoe, and that at least one person needs to be able to swim.

You do not need to book this activity, just show up. If there is a queue, the staff will limit the time you can use the canoe. The activity is open between 11:00-16:00.

Welcome to an adventure at the quiet Lake Skomakerdiket in beautiful surroundings!
