Who Can Participate?
Coasteering is suitable for anyone in good physical condition with an adventurous spirit. The activity takes place in varied terrain, so participants should be comfortable being in the natural environment. No prior experience is required.
- Swimming ability: Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
- Age: Minimum 12 years. Children can participate when accompanied by an adult.
