We offer both short trips to give you a taste of running a dog team, longer day trips and overnight trips to give you the whole experience. We offer trips on sleds during the winter months and by cart in the cooler autumn months. All our trips that last longer than 1 hour will give you the opportunity to stand on the sled/cart yourself and experience how it is to be a real dog-musher. We customise all our trips to best suit your wishes and needs.
For families or others that just want to come meet us and the dogs, we offer daily kennel visits throughout the year. This visit includes all the sloppy dog-kisses you can ever imagine, some hot drinks and lots and lots of cuddles. Oh and did I mention cuddles? We often have puppies on our farm too, and if they are old enough you will get the opportunity to meet them as well.

Dogsledding with Kennel Ragnarok Polar
We in Kennel Ragnarok Polar would like to invite you to join us on a guided sled dog tour in beautiful Nordfjordeid. Our kennel is run by us: Emilie Lægreid and Patrick Gade. We are experienced mushers, guides and certified Outdoor-lovers. We have 30 polar dogs on our farm; Alaskan Malamutes,Greenland-dogs, Siberian Huskies and some Alaskan Huskies. Our dogs are big, strong and well equipped for the harsh winter weather. They love pulling and working in front of the sleds, almost as much as they love cuddles, belly rubs and playing in the snow.
