At Edda kino you can hire comfortable cinema auditoriums for meetings, courses, conferences and customer presentations. Availability is mainly during the day, but it is also possible to hire in the evenings. 7 different auditoriums provide several options when it comes to number of seats and requirements. The capacity per auditorium is from 18 seats to 324 seats. It is possible to have live streaming between the auditoriums for larger events and the venue is perfect for parallel sessions. It's also possible to hire a auditorium for closed screenings.
Mingle area
In the foyer the cinema bar can serve your delegates alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is plenty of space to mingle and the number of seating can be adjusted to your needs. Your own content can be shown on the cinema's screens, and smaller stands and roll-ups can be set up in the foyer.
Green conferences
Edda Kino has been an Eco-Lighthouse since 2017, A norwegian and was certified for Green Conferences in 2024. This means that the cinema can conduct your conference in line with Green conference criteria if desired. Eco-Lighthouse is Norway's most widely used certificate for organisations that want to document their environmental efforts and demonstrate social responsibility.
Catering
Edda Kino offers lunch and snacks during the day, and can serve food such as pizza or tapas in the evening.

Edda 1
This is the cinema's largest auditorium with 324 premium seats, side tables and mobile/PC charging facilities. The theatre was refurbished in 2024. There is plenty of space between the rows and a large stage in front of the screen makes this a great venue for conferences.
Edda 2
With 91 classic cinema seats and plenty of space in front this auditorium creates a cosy setting.
Edda 3
This is the cinema's smallest auditorium with 18 comfort seats with a side table. A great room for smaller meetings with presentations or private viewings.
Edda 4
48 comfort seats with side tables and space for mingling and bar service at the back of the room.
Edda 5
193 classic cinema seats, but is perceived as an intimate auditorium.
Edda 6
102 premium seats with a side table, and mobiles/PCs charging facilites for each seat. An ideal smaller venue for conferences. Built in 2024.
