Farstadsanden is the world's northernmost sandy beach area of the southern type, with the open sea right in front of you. The beach is a little piece of paradise nestled beautifully between farms and coastal landscapes. This is an easily accessible recreational area, and the bay is protected as a nature reserve.

- How to get there? Drive on RV663, turn off at Farstad towards the parking lot at Farstadsanden (signposted from the main road).
