The trip starts at Saltkjelsnes Camping, which is set in an idyllic location at the head of the Rødvenfjord. Cycle on to Eidsbygda, turn right and follow the Rødvenfjord north-wards. At Rødven, you can take a detour down to the stave church situated beside the fjord. This fantastic 14th-century church is open for guided tours in summer. Back on the Rødvenveien road, cycle on a few hundred metres before turning onto the Bakken road up to Landresetra summer pasture farm. Landresetra is a great starting point for walks to Ransetfjellet, a mountain peak that offers unique views of Molde and the ocean beyond. You can also cycle on to Landredalen valley, and return the same way.
