The old mill and the buildings at Kvednahola are good examples of pre-industrial use of hydropower. The farms on Ritland, Vasshus and Førland used the mills here to grind their grain. Two mills, a mill house and a water-powered sawmill have been restored, as well as other buildings. The Ryfylke Museum is responsible for the houses that remain in Kvednahola.
The houses are located just off RV13 and it is adapted for the public with stairs
