Park area - Norwegian Fjord Centre - World Heritage Visitor Centre Geirangerfjorden

The Norwegian Fjord Centre is beautifully situated on a small hill above the fjord. It is easy to get here by car and bus, and the walk up along the river and the waterfalls from the fjord is nice.

The waterfall hike is an experience no matter what season you come – with the fresh water in the river and the beautiful stairs. Furthermore, you will find a nicely prepared outdoor area with a campfire site and a playground for the children. Here is a nature trail, you can try building a shed with hay-drying poles – or maybe you want to try your hand at "Kubb" or other outdoor games?

During the summer, the outdoor toilet is open 24 hours a day, and in the parking lot you will find a charging park for electric cars with a number of charging points.
