Tom Roger Aadland duo at Ogna Scene

Tom Roger Aadland is one of the most critically acclaimed artists in the country in recent years. In the autumn of 2023, he will release his tenth album and go on tour.

The new album is titled "Skyer" (Clouds) and contains several songs that have already become crowd favourites, including "Kan ikkje gi oss" and "September" (duet with Kine Nesheim). Aadland is known for his lyrics in Nynorsk, but this time he has written in dialect, close and strong.

Aadland is joined on stage by the eminent guitarist Kjetil Steensnæs (Darling West, Bjørn Eidsvåg), who also helped produce "Skyer". This will be a concert evening to remember!

"The country's foremost Dylan interpreter delivers some great songs on his own", wrote Aftenposten about the previous album "Motgift" (2021). Tom Roger Aadland has had a number of songs in rotation on Norwegian radio, and many have probably heard songs like "Alle dei i ei" and "Min beste ven på ein dårleg dag". He is also known as a lyricist for the Hellbillies, Vamp and Marion Ravn. His Bob Dylan rewrites have been a success at the Norwegian Theatre, and the concert will include a dose of Dylan in New Norwegian.

Doors open at 12.45pm (approx) with pizza and drinks on sale, arrive early to secure your seat - first come, first served If you take the train to Ogna train station, Ogna Scene will pick you up at 12.50 (approx.) and 13.35 (approx.) with their shuttle bus and drive back again after the concert at a reasonable time.

Nb! There may be some waiting time at the station if many people arrive by train, they only have 1 car
