Waterfalls are powerful, but not all are so easy to walk along. Explore has established a waterfall walk along a river in Geiranger. Easy walk, but spectacular nature experience. Here you will not meet any other tourists. The trip starts at Hotel Union Geiranger. The first part is along paths up towards Westerås, but afterwards the trip goes in untouched landscape along our river. Along the river, guests will experience several beautiful waterfalls. Some parts of the trip are secured with a jumar rope clamp, not because it is steep, but because we want the guests to be able to walk close to the wild river. The trip ends on a ledge with heather, below an impressive waterfall. Here there is also a view down to Geiranger. The trip is easy, but still requires normal physics. The trip takes between 2 and 3 hours depending on the desired pace and number of guests.
