The tour starts with a welcome at the beach. Here you'll get a brief introduction and safety information, before paddling into the Lysefjord. During the trip, you'll be surrounded by stunning mountains and waterfalls, and you might even spot some of the local animals. Best of all, you'll get a fantastic view of Preikestolen from below!

What is included?
- An experienced guide on the kayak tour
- All the kayaking equipment you need for the trip (kayak, paddles, lifejacket, spray jacket and spray trousers)

It is recommended that you bring
- Swimwear or woollen underwear (to wear under your dry suit)
- Old trainers (shoes that can get wet)
- Some snacks and water
- A towel
- Sunglasses and sun cream
Where?
The meeting point is along the road to Fossmork (Fossmorkvegen 380) in Forsand. If your starting point is Stavanger, it's a drive of just under an hour. Parking is available at the base, as well as at Dørvika.
