The only way to get to Utsira is by boat from Garpaskjærskaien quay in the centre of Haugesund. The crossing takes around 70 minutes.

Utsira lighthouse
Visit Norway's only remaining twin lighthouse, which was listed by the Directorate for Cultural Heritage in 1999. You can spend the night at the lighthouse complex, and there is also a lighthouse café (it has no fixed opening hours, so remember to check in advance).
