Indrefjord Gard – A Charming Family-Run Farm
Indrefjord Gard is a charming family-run farm, idyllically located by Lifjorden, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Lihesten mountain. The farm is owned and operated by Ole and Ina Sognnes. Ole took over the family farm in 2012 as the eldest son, while Ina has developed the horse program into a key part of the business.
At the farm, guests can experience an authentic farm environment with dairy cows, horses, ponies, rabbits, a farm cat, and the dog Mira. Indrefjord Gard combines traditional dairy and meat production with modern farming practices and was the first farm in Hyllestad to introduce a free-stall barn and a milking robot.
